Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delays may occur in the event of a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Many brands claim to have free shipping but the cost of shipping is absorbed by charging a higher price for goods. 

we do not do this. shipping is calculated based of weight of products and destination. this allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. 

FREE Local Pick Up

Free in-store pickup is available to anyone who is able to pick up their order in our brick and mortar in midtown Sacramento.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Sun/Mon 12-5 and Tues-Saturday 11-6. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
